• Ground shipping orders can take up to 48 hours to process
• All shipping is delivered by Canada Post
• Canada Post delivers shipments Monday-Friday only
• For Expedited and Xpresspost orders, orders must be placed by 10AM PST to be shipped the same business day. Otherwise, it will be shipped the following business day.
• We do not ship on Saturday and Sundays
• We are unable to make changes to orders once submitted
• We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO / DPO addresses
• All orders are subject to address verification
