What is the policy for sale items?

All sale items and discounted items are final sale. Quantities are limited and are not eligible for return or store credit. If you have a question about the sizing of a sale suit, please contact customer service at hello@mishaswim.com or see our Size Chart here. If the price of an item has changed since you purchased that item(s), the new prices are not able to be transferred to any previous orders. We do not offer price adjustments.

Items marked as Final Sale, Accessory, or purchased at a discount of 30% or more off.

 How do I use a promo code or merchandise credit?

At checkout, you may enter valid promo codes. MISHA SWIM promo codes are case sensitive so please be sure you are entering them correctly. After you have applied your promo code, please make sure you see the code applied to your order in the Order Summary section before proceeding to checkout. Only one promotional code can be used per order. After an offer has expired, we are unable to honor the promotion on future orders. Additionally current promotions are unable to be applied to previous purchases.

 Can I change or cancel my order?

Once an order has been placed, we cannot adjust or cancel the order. Our warehouse processes the orders immediately. Please contact us immediately if changes are needed. We will do our best, however we cannot guarantee we will be able to make any changes.
